## 白话译文

右，臣等刚才已再次陈奏，未接到圣旨。伏见贞元初年，宰相刘晏，因为德宗在东宫时涉及动摇的议论，竟因此坐罪而死，随即朝廷内外，都以为冤屈，两河不臣之地，全都恐惧灭亡，德宗不久也追悔，授予其子孙官职。近则宋申锡涉及交通藩邸被贬官，文宗不久又追悔，以至于流泪。像嗣复等蝼蚁之命，至细至微，特赐怜悯保全，必能彰显圣德，天下臣子，谁不上感天慈？不然，恐怕四海人情，从此忧惧，臣等也惶恐不安，无暇他顾，无法裨助圣明。伏望特开延英殿，赐臣等面陈血诚，以安中外。如蒙圣慈采纳臣等愚诚，伏望更重贬官，所望人心允洽。
