## 白话译文

东渭桥每年北仓收贮漕运来的糙米十万石，用来防备水旱灾害，如今连年积贮已达三十万石，请求用今年运来的米换出旧米。从此每三年换一次，以此作为常例，那么贮存的米就不会陈旧，而损耗蛀蚀也不会发生。
