## 白话译文

行动出于妄念，用安静来克制它。安静不能一直持续，一直安静就违背了时机。看那道并不远，妄动就远了。道来安顿我，我谁能违背。有利可往就施行，无用就收敛。合于一致，什么妄念能损伤。天为一地为二，日月星三光飘摇。没有恒常的流行，万物就会出妖异。大化孕育人类，人有形成的本性。行动被妄念牵动，妄念也就随之争胜。只有天是大的，而世人把它当作镜子。向下颐养人心，像环一样没有开端。吞食那些游谈之词，共叔段自取残害。刘歼灭了英韩，楚国灭掉了子干。这五件事确实是妄，不妄就一定能保全，妄由动产生，动因妄而奸邪。能用义取胜，动就归于安宁。晋文公教民作战，一战就使民众喜悦。勾践为仇而泣，再战就雪了仇。知道几微就不危险，妄动就会受挫。两个国家尚且如此，何况一个人的节操。
