## 白话译文

〈厅子执砚，翻倒泻出污物。擒获后欲判其罪。〉

各备你们这些人，以供共同职守，竭尽输送冰一样的操守，同合风范规矩。公府高峻，众僚属瞻仰瞩目，事光文物，掌设防非，犹如众派之源流，若提纲而集目。尚且恐怕禽鸟栖入喧噪，缠绕青琐于旁喧；蛛网交丝，架于朱窗而上掩。岂料故意翻倒倾泻，以轻慢章程，德不修心，罪亦随踵而至。违周氏之戒器，水覆绳愆；览刘氏之朝衣，羹倾宥过。法开有误，理亦从宜。
