## 白话译文

〈甲接受圭田，所由按十分之一收税，甲不服。〉

禹划分山河，周朝开设井邑。诸侯建立国家，赐予土地的意义更加显扬；大夫称为家，享有采邑的条文昭著。甲凭借门第，得以受赐圭田，传承冀缺的封地，承袭耏班的赏赐。外差的徭役由此供给，私家因而富足，虽然居于五等之尊，仍然均摊十分之一的税。县司情深于奉法，志在优待百姓，希望贡赋征收均平，期望上下都得到利益。权豪不避，贫弱得到优待。所使的人不得其人，如今申诉实在难以受理。
