## 白话译文

皇天回应人，一定有所指。这个月少雨，大概不是无缘无故。深深忧虑在押囚犯，或有冤屈滞留。京城内诸司现在禁押的囚徒，并以来日过后，朕将亲自审理。有关部门酌量依照旧典，那些杖刑以下情不可恕的迅速判决，其余的就放还。
