## 白话译文

门下：观察风俗省视四方，是用来爱人治国；尊崇庙号，是用来事神享亲：敬顺往昔典章，这话很大啊！朕恭敬承受鸿业，积念咸秦，去年想幸洛京，已经发出成命；随即因重营太庙，因而将中止。确实因为其绳则板，功且未即，展令效驾，信不可违，终于勤劳于东方，常载驰于西土，流影不停，通丧永毕，象居始成，如在增慕：朕的这个志向，日夜无暇。乃可以诗陈肃邕，礼极禋祀，神明的奥区，时惟雍州；稼穑有年，莫若关辅。王假用告，后来其苏，实获我心，使从人欲。可以今年十月，取北路幸长安，有关部门依准格式，务在节省，不得劳费，主管者施行。
