令天下諸觀仍轉本際經詔

善利万物，没有比大道更先的；孚佑兆庶，实在依赖尊经。朕每念百姓，没有忘记惠养，曾希望都能登于富寿之境，永无冻饿之忧。所以去年，已有处分，令天下各观，转诵《本际仙经》。到今年秋天，果然听说有收成。如果不是大圣昭应，谁能达到这样。应当令天下道士及女道士等，等到今年转经完毕，各自在当观设斋庆赞，仍取来年正月一日至年终以来，依前转诵《本际经》，兼令讲说，其所设斋度庆，也应照此办理。希望使远近蒙福，知道朕的旨意。
