孔门推崇百行，遵循至顺之道的人，其自身必定荣耀；朝廷广泛设置众多官职，行走正途的人，其道路必定通达。前乡贡进士熊望，凭借微末技艺，侥幸希图得到宠幸。谋取朝廷中的机密职位，扰乱迷惑朝政纲纪；鼓动逼迫下属的喧哗之声，依附邪恶的缝隙。等到众人议论如波涛涌起，连续数月不得安宁，司门查验出入凭证，累计数月达四次。考察核实其荒谬虚妄，并非平坦之途。朕大开康庄大道，以端正众人期望，特此显示流放荒远之地的典章，用以规正方向正大之流。可任漳州司户。
