請舉館驛舊制奏（元和五年四月御史台）

御史出使以及回朝时，所经过的馆驿，会遇到中使等人。旧制：御史到馆驿，已经在上厅住下，有中使后到，就住别厅。如果有中使先到上厅，御史也住别厅。沿袭多年，积久成为惯例。访闻近日多不遵守，中使如果不熟悉往例，便想要逾越；御史如果不守旧例，又怕失职。在道路上争吵喧闹，深违事体。伏请各令遵奉旧例，希望他们守分。
