請宥陷賊官寮奏

法律有首犯有从犯，情节有重有轻，如果一概处死，恐怕不是陛下含宏之义，又失国家惟新之典。况且羯胡扰乱纲常，狂寇凌逼占据，二京全部陷落，万乘南巡，各顾其生，衣冠荡覆。有的是陛下亲戚，勋旧子孙，责之以死，恐怕违背仁恕。从前明王用刑，歼灭其首恶，胁从罔治，何况河北残寇，如今尚未平定。如果苟容漏网，正好开启自新之路；如果尽行诛杀，是坚定叛逆之心。谁人更肯归顺？困兽犹斗，何况数万人呢？崔器、吕諲，都是守文之吏，不识大体，殊无变通。
