【乞不配賣醋糟與人戶劄子】

臣昨至忻州，見百姓人戶經臣出頭怨嗟告訴，為轉運司將十五年積壓損爛酒糟俵配與人戶，要清醋價錢。緣已配納了當，臣方欲奏乞今後不得抑配，續據石州狀申：「本務見管醋糟六千餘石，本州見取索在州及諸縣坊郭鄉村酒戶等第，及州縣色役公人姓名，欲行俵配，次其糟每(豆斗)價錢二十五文足陌。」緣臣已離河東，只曾行移文字，且令未得Ｅ洌別候指揮。臣欲乞特降朝旨下轉運司，今後醋糟只許官務造醋沽買，及令百姓取便買糟醞醋，不得抑配人戶。其糟所得之利不多，但虛為搔擾，以斂怨嗟，伏望聖慈特賜矜免。其石州醋糟，尚慮本州已行俵配，即乞特與減落一半價錢，令漸次送納。
